Sonographer

The Role
We’re working with a regional Queensland hospital located 6 hours from Brisbane, who are seeking a short-term locum Sonographer from early January. You’ll play an important role in supporting the local community by providing a high standard of diagnostic imaging services across a general and obstetric caseload.

This role suits an adaptable Sonographer who’s comfortable working with autonomy in a smaller hospital team environment.

• Managing a varied inpatient and outpatient caseload
• Providing high-quality scans in General, Obstetrics, and MSK
• Participating in the on-call roster (phone only)
• Supporting referrers with timely and accurate reporting

You’ll Need

• Current ASAR accreditation
• Australian working rights
• Broad general scanning experience including obstetrics
• Confident working independently and providing on-call support
• Communication and patient care skills
